Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SkyReachSys website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
SkyReachSys provides software development, consulting, and related technology services. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement signed by both parties.
Intellectual Property
All custom code developed for a client is transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. SkyReachSys retains rights to pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in the project.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules and terms are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Warranties & Disclaimers
We warrant that our work will be performed with professional skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that software will be error-free or operate without interruption. We disclaim all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
SkyReachSys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
